• We have private parking for one vehicle per unit.
• All of our guests rooms have private baths, with double, queen, or kingbeds.
• All Annex Rooms are Air Conditioned
• Every guest can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast each morning and a fun-filled evening at our Porchside Bar and Purgatory Dance Club.
• Wireless internet service
• We also have a side yard for relaxation and sunning. The Gifford House Inn is centrally located, convenient to everything Provincetown has to offer.
• We welcome groups in the off-season and on certain weekends, we can offer a group discount.
• Whether it be for room accommodations, a night at our dance club, or a drink on the porch, or by the fire, our friendly staff will make your visit enjoyable and memorable.

The Gifford House Accommodations are open year-round.

Off Season Rates: September 15 - June 17 with the following exceptions:

High Off Season Rates: Mates Leather Weekend (Oct. 3-5), Womens Week (Oct. 10-19),
Halloween Weekend (Oct 31-Nov. 1)

Summer Rates: Memorial Day Weekend, June 19 thru September 3, and New Year's Weekend

Summer Event Weeks: July 2-7, July 11-20, August 17-23

Pets: We regret we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. However, if you have a dog or cat with which you want to share the Provincetown experience, board them at KC's Animal Resort, 508.487.7900, located on Shank Painter Road.

Check-in time is 2 pm, Check-out time is 11 am.

 All rooms have private baths. Rates based on double occupancy

Additional charge per person per night. $10 Off-Season, $20 Summer

Cancellation Policy: Less than 14 days notice, 10% refund of room deposit.

14 days or more notice, 95% refund of room deposit.

During 4th of July, Carnival and Labor Day Weekends, there is a 5 night minimum.

Other Summer Weekends, there is a 4 night minimum.

Prices shown do not include State Tax of 5.7% and Local Room Tax of 4%.
